Bob Doyle is one of the most experienced media and general consultants in the Democratic Party. He has helped Democrats of all ideological disposition win tough, targeted elections from the top to the bottom of the ballot. Bob was an experienced campaign staffer, winning manager, congressional chief of staff and national consultant who has founded or ran operations for political consulting firms specializing in media, strategy, fundraising and direct mail.
Bob has developed a reputation for winning big elections in red and purple areas around the country and also bright blue urban centers at the congressional and municipal level. Bob is an award-winning media and digital media consultant and an expert in general consulting and strategy for campaigns. He is a proud Floridian. Bob and his wife Mary live in Panama City Beach, Florida with their two terriers. They are happiest when they can spend time with their 3 children and 3 granddaughters.

Erin Wiley is a veteran political strategist, movement-builder, and organizer with over two decades of experience helping candidates and causes connect with the communities they serve. As Vice President at Doyle Strategies, Erin leads outreach and strategic support for campaigns across Florida and the country, with a focus on authentic messaging, sharp targeting, and values-driven storytelling.
Erin has spent her career at the intersection of policy, politics, and grassroots power, shaping winning campaigns at every level, from city hall to Congress. She has led organizing work on gun violence prevention, racial justice, and LGBTQ+ youth engagement, and is known for building coalitions that last longer than a news cycle.
In addition to her role at Doyle Strategies, Erin serves as Executive Director of Main Street Majority, a nonprofit focused on building long-term political power in historically marginalized communities throughout the South. A Florida native, she has a deep understanding of the political and cultural nuances that define battleground states, and a track record of helping campaigns meet the moment with both heart and strategy.
Erin is also a cancer survivor, mom of three, and longtime volunteer with community-based organizations. She brings her whole self to this work, with a steady belief that smart, honest strategy still matters, and that voters can tell the difference.
